Cherry Red Angioma

Hi. I am new to this board and am in need of some advice.
I am not sure if this is where I should post this or not but here goes.
About 6 mths. ago I had surgery on my foot and have recently developed what my doc. says is cherry angioma. Has anyone ever experienced this?
I am only 22 and very confused.
