I was once very outgoing and had loved having a laugh but for the past year every time ive gone out anywhere like shops etc i feel very uneven walking and feel clumsy, I feel as though every one is looking at me so i basically give myself tunnel vision and keep myself to myself. I also feel very happy sometimes over the smallest things then i feel very down and fed up. Any advice as to gain more confidence?
