About 4-6 days ago,, pimple-like bumps started showing on my vagina,, I now have 6 of them and they take along time to go away,, they are very painful. My partner has also recently started getting them,, we thought it was a weird reaction to this "joy jelly" we'd been using but aren't so sure anymore. I'm way to embarrased to go to a doctor,, and terrifyed of what it may be? Please help me figure this out,, is there anything I can buy over the counter to help me get ride of them. . . ?

Hi
I am not a nurse (my mother is) nor am I a doctor OBGYN or helath care professional, but I do know when you get something in your private area thats not suppose ot be there, you seek a real professional. You have to get beyond the embarrassment. If this is some serious or an STD, you will need treatment. I know of no cream/ointment or magic potion to help you. It could be a variable of thigs, from an allergic reation to herpes. Please go to a free clinic and have yourself checked! Laughing OH, send your boyfriend first is another option!

We cannot diagnose you over the internet. You'll have to visit your ob-gyn. If you're sexually active, you're supposed to be seeing an ob-gyn anyway.

You can't be too easily embarrassed if you're going to have sex in a responsible way because it requires getting looked at when things like this happen! I don't know anyone who really likes going, but it's just one of those that adults have to do sometimes!

Good luck. Let us know what the doctor says.
