Q: Testicle Tube Ache, Light-headedness

lately i've been feeling quite light headed, for about 3 days now, yesterday i felt a slight discomfort in the tube area leading to my testicle.
i checked for bumps and the area was clear, i could feel no anomalys on the surface of the testicle.

i wouldn't go as far as to call it pain, but it's just there, if you know what i mean, just a slight aching when i move in to a certain possistion such as lying down where the testicles move back up and could possibly be pressing on the tube.

Now i think that the tube or area connecting the tube to the testicle *could* be bruised, due to vigourous and excessive masterbation atleast once a day (sort of an addict but i've stopped for the forseable future now)

and when i lie in these certain possistions the testicle could be pressing on the bruised tube or something causing the discomfort, i'd like to avoid the doctor if possible, but i will go and see him if the discomfort comtinues.

what do you think it could be? does my explination sound right or wrong? and could the light-headedness and feeling faint be something to do with it?

thanks, kris - 18 years old.
