Sad hi girls, im new to the forum. Today is september 3rd, and I for my first time on july 23 had intercourse with a friend. No hes not my boyfriend. We were both very attracted to each other and it happened. And hes embarrassed about it, and doesnt like me anymore. I am on birth control, and have been sice may. After I had sex, about a week or so after, I got my period. Is that because im on the pill?? I still am freaking out and I think im preagnant. Today I will be almost 7 weeks along if im pregnant. The only symptoms I have are frequent urination and cramps in my lower abdomen, and I sware my belly looks bigger. Im on my 3rd pink pill in my pack and havnt gotten my period yet. I am soo scared. Im all alone if I even am pregnant. What do I do, im still taking the pill. Im scared to go see the doctor cause my parents will find out, and im dirt pore and have no money and im so scared to tell my mom afraid of what she'll do. I dont want to get kicked out if I am pregnant. Crying or Very sad

Larano,

first things first. Take a deep breath...Whatever happens, you need to be calm. Now, if you started the pill in may, you should be ok, so long as you have taken the pills properly. You said you got your period a week after you had sex in july. That is a good thing, and you probably (although we cannot 100% say for sure) you are not pregnant. On the pill, you should get your period during the 4th week of pills (the placebo pillls) but since you just started the pill, things could take a few months to settle down and then your period will be like clockwork...I even can pin it down to the hour it will likely start now. Are you able to go back to the doctor that gave you the pill in the first place? If you are, go and talk to him/her...If you are really worried, go to a women's clinic or the hospital, and have them do a blood test. I am hoping you live in canada, because all this is free, but if you are in the states....Borrow money from a friend, or tell your male friend he better help you out.

No matter what happens, everything will be just fine. Smile
