Hi this is kinda embarrassing but 3-4 days before af comes I have these needle stabbing pain in my anus and its very very annoying...and then after that pain is gone my stomach hurts bad, its just dumb... How can I get rid of the anus pain, I use ketonal for the stomach but not helping down! any input ?
