How Can I Be So Fat - Anorexia ?

I dont understand
how i can still feel over weight
even though i havnt eaten for three days
i run non-stop and take diet pills
im always active and i dont eat junk food
but i look in the mirror and i see a huge
gut
im 15 and im ready to die
if i cant be beautiful then why live
no one likes a fat guy
help me be beautiful

and i think girlfriend was doing just
that..
she was helping him out..
Sometimes it just takes a little
understanding to make someone feel
better about themselves...and that's all
