Morning Sickness In 2nd Trimester?
Posted: 07-16-07 21:41pm

Morning, or all night sickness for me.. is it common for it to last into the 2nd trimester? Something i just have to deal with? Or is it something that i should be concerned about. I can still keep food down, and eat pretty regular, but the last couple weeks i have just felt like crap. Just wondering if it could be something i should be worried about, or just need to deal with it..

Mine actually got worse in the second trimester. I never threw up until I was like week 16 or something.

With my second child, I had "morning" sickness up until my day of delivery..it all depends on the pregnancy..ask your doctor for tips on how to alleviate it..I found that the whole eating dry crackers before even sitting up in the morning helped somewhat..but not always...good luck..

I had horrible morning sickness until week 18, then it slowly started to get better. I think I was around 22 weeks before it finally went away completely. Now I am 35 weeks and it's coming and going. Hope things get better for you!!!

my nausea lasted into the 2nd trimester. i had my surgery at 22 weeks and after that it was just gone. my sil had it all through her pregnancy. hers was so bad that more than once she threw up on the windshield of her car on the way to work!!! now that's bad morning sickness. thank god i wasn't that bad. hopefully yours will go away soon, sometimes the hormone shift isn't as quick or as on the dot as people expect it to be. everyone's different.
