Q: Working Out Every Day

I'm 5 11" right now and 150lbs. I'm looking to define my muscles but not gain too much weight. I work out 3 days a week. my daily work out plan is: bicep curls x2, over head dumbell raises x2, bird raises for shoulders x2.
Should I work out everyday from now on or modify my training plan in any way to define my muscles?
