Q: Pain Below the Belly Button

Okay so here's the deal, I had sex Saturday night. It was deeper than usual and also a bit rougher. Afterwards I brought up how it felt like he was still inside of me and that I could feel him right below the belly button. As the night progressed it got worse. That entire night I couldn't sleep. The discomfort I felt was enormous. Come Sunday morning and I felt a sharp pain when I would urinate. It went away mid-day but came back as strong as ever. Urinating isn't so difficult. The lower back pain is still there. It's nothing like when I strained my back, but it's present. Mainly the pain below my belly button is still there. It's Monday now, and I don't know if it's because I bruised something during sex or if it's something more serious. Although urinating is easier, the flow isn't what it was before. I only pee small amounts at a time. Can you please help me?

Well it is possible to bruise the cervix during sex, and that could affect your urinary tract as well. If the pain doesn't go away in a few days, go see a gynecologist.

If the bleeding is heavy or lasts for more than a week total, I would go see a doctor.
