My blood pressure is so variable. One time its going high in the sky, and the other falling too low.

Can someone tell me why is that and give me some recommendations.
Thanks

Hi Friend
Blood pressure changes:
Early in the normal resting blood pressure may be normal. Only in the spirit of tension, emotional volatility, intense cold or after exercise, blood pressure have temporarily increased after still returning to normal. This stage of sustainable quite a long time. Later, as the disease progress, elevated blood pressure more obvious and lasting, rest or removal of incentives to not make normal blood pressure. But the changes in blood pressure hypertension, still has a volatility characteristics.

Hypertension attention include the following (1) reasonable meal; (2) regular exercise; (c) quit smoking restrictions liquor, and (4) psychological balance; (5) Self-management, (6) timely medical treatment.

I wish I had a solution for you. Same thing happens to me. About once a year my BP registers as very low even though I'm on BP medication and my BP (usually)remains a little high. Each time this has occured in the morning between the hours of 8 and 11am at the doctor's office. The last time it happened was in March of this year. I switched doctors and my chart went missing at the former GP's office. I told my new doc that I was out of BP med and needed a script for more. My BP was something like 100 over 60-something. She changed cuffs and the reading was within a few points of the original reading. She had me wait a while and took the BP again. It was still very low. A return trip the following week showed high blood pressure: 160-something over 90-something. I never felt different or strange when the BP was low.
