Hi,

for a while now I have been having regular diarrhoea or very soft poo once or twice daily. Often my pooh has mucus on it.

Touch wood there has been no blood.

I get little or no notice when it it will happen.

I have been to a couple of doctors and one of them wanted to send me to be checked for coeliac. I never went because I went to a nutrisionist who saw me two months before the nhs could fit me in. I had blood tests done and found an intolerance to yeast. She put me on some probiotics which seemed to have an effect.

I have stopped eating yeast products.

I went to pizza hut last week, never ate a pizza but the next day I had abdominal pain followed two days later by very bad diarrhoea which I am still having now.

It gets worse when I am stressed and I suffer at night with insomnia.

Can anyone help me here I am litterally poohing myself with worry.
