Hi,

I have discomfort and some pain in my right testicle and also on the right upper side of my groin. It goes from mild discomfort to real soreness. It also hangs a bit lower then the other. I’ve checked for lumps but didn’t feel any.
I’ve had this before but it went away after a day or so, now I’ve had this for over 6 days.

I went to the ER (when it comes to the boys, I don't play around) and the doctor did not find anything on the physical exam. They did an ultrasound. It came up good, except the doctor said I had a small epididymal cyst, but does not think it is the cause of the pain or anything to worry about.

I'm going to schedule a follow up appointment with a urologist.

In the mean time, does anyone have any idea what I can do about the pain? Is there any doctor who would have a good idea about what it may be?
