Q: Baby Walking

my 17 month old nephew started walking shorty after he turned 1.

for the past few months, my mom keeps saying he is "dopic", and falls down A LOT, loses his balance, etc. I thought maybe he had an ear problem, and suggested that to my sis who asked the baby''s doctor. he had his ears checked and they're fine.

so how long does it usually take for a child to start walking better?

I love my baby nephew more than anything, if you couldn't tell Razz

thanks!

he's been walking for over 8 months

still falls a lot, and I don't mean when he's just walking. he falls over when he's standing... like he's drunk

It takes time. Dont rush him. He'll soon be able to control his balance when he stands but for he may fall over for a bit. He'll also get better at his walking.
