hi i thought i was 9n weeks pregnant but when i went for the scan they said they counldnt see it and to re book a scan for six weeks ? does this mean ive lost the baby i have not had any bleeding ? or can u miscarry without bleeding a very worried lady

sometimes u can miscarry and not have any symptoms (ie bleeding) but you wont know until your next scan

yes it is possible to miscarry in early pregnancy and not even know it
the first trimester is the most "likely" time for miscarriage because your baby is developing and growing very fast these first 3 months, and you have to take very good care of yourself too.

after the first trimester is over chances of misscarriage decrease.

howevere they will be able to test and see during your next scan if everything is ok
