Q: Foreskin Too Tight to Retract

If anyone has any advice for me it will be much appreciated,

My foreskin goes back fine without a hitch when its limp, However when its hard my foreskin barely retracts, I have tried to retract it back but it hurts half way down so i immediently let go,

Its a very embarrasing question and i am scared to death of going to my local dr's as its a female doctor.

Also the tip of my penis is very very sensitive and i have a hard time even touching it (to wash).

Thank You

The sensitive tip is common.

As for the foreskin issue, this is (from what I have learned) called "phimosis". There are several topics on this forum about guys dealing with this condition.

Cures range from programs of self-stretching, to creams, medications, and least desirable, circumcision.

My friend had this problem, he ended up having to get surgery to fix it so that it would not continue because it got to a point when it was very tight and very painful that he ended up ripping it and then got an infection and he has had no problems since the surgery. I strongly recommend speaking with a doctor about it and don't be embarrased, that is what they are there for, they have seen and dealt with all kinds of things.
