Breast Cancer Answer A3076
It's difficult to define the change (the lump under the left nipple of the chest) you mentioned without seeing and making palpation of it. Teenage boys may develop breast enlargement and lumps due to hormonal changes in puberty. These lumps and enlargements generally go away on their own after a period of a few months. However, you may visit your doctor for a check-up and a physical examination and consultation to be sure that everything is ok.
