I agree ,if the placenta is removing itself. It is the main source of oxygen blood, and nutrients to the baby, and if they couldn't find a heart beat then it is probobly so. I am so sorry, I hope everything turns out for the best, sometimes ultrasounds are wrong, and if she is only six weeks along then you probobly wouldn't even be able to pick up the heart rate yet , or even see the baby.
