Out of nowhere I got these warm red blotches all over my arms, shoulders, and legs. The ones on my shoulders hurt. It feels like someone punched me repeatedly and it hurts to raise my arms. Some blotches are dime sized and some are huge. They dont itch and I dont see any sign of bites anywhere. Any idea what this could be?
