Q: Sorry Behind Real Estate Agent

I had an appt scheduled yesterday to go and look at 9 houses. The real estate agent called me on Tuesday and rescheduled for today because she said that she had an "emergency". I was cool with it. I understand that emergencies come up. That's life. This morning I get up feed Chu, bathe him, get us both dressed and am about to go straighten my hair when the phone rings. Guess who? The bleeping real estate agent who tells me that she's "not feeling up to par" and she's referred me to someone who is more familiar with "that area". Meaning someone who doesn't work in the 200K part of that particular neighborhood. I am sooo angry right now that i could scream. Now I see why she has a part time job in addition to being a real estate agent. She doesn't want to work outside of the high end properties. Rolling Eyes Not to be smart but she'll never make a living that way. This is an area where 80% of the properties are under 100K.
