Is Haloperidol (haldol) appliable for
treatment of Alzheimers disease, I'v heard
that its called Vitamin H and it have been
very effective of managing pcyhotic
disorders, aggressive behaviors etc. But
on the other hand I'm reading not so good
thing about this medication... What is
your opinion?

This drug is def used for helping with
psychotic disorders. It's an antipsychotic
drug. Never heard of it for treating
alzheimers disease. But I have given it to
patients for the behaviors that sometimes
come with the disease itself. For treating
they commonly use Aricept, Namenda,
Razadyne, and a coulpe of other drugs out
there. Hope this helps.
