I found some neat little info in parents magazine.
*black tea can lessen your sumptoms if you get sick. Black tea stimulates the immune system, making it easier for your body to fight off viruses.
*taking zinc may cut the length of a cold by several days. (ie: zinc lozenges)
*warm salt water helps clear bacteria in the back of your throat.
*it is not good to continusly blow your nose because too much force can push bacteria and mucus into your eustachian tubes, putting yo at rick for an ear infection.
