Postpartum and Postnatal Forum - Postnatal Depression Signs of

I think I have a postpartum depressions but Im not sure. 3 months ago when I had my baby since then I have a moodswings, I feel down all the time, sometimes I have nausea.
Is this a postnatal depression?
