Q: Penis Foreskin Help

Hi.

Ever since I started pulling my foreskin back over the head of my penis, it just rolls up and now constantly, part of the head is exposed.
Is this normal?
It's also different when peeing; it's a fine jet of pee (not what I was ever used to)
