i have all the symptoms now.
its been 20 weeks since i have had sex.
i havent had my period since late january.
all home pregnancy tests come out negative,
yet my belly is forming?
i have been throwing up,
feeling sick,
lately i have been feeling real tired.
i have mood swings.
& alot more of "pregnancy symptoms"
should i go take a blood test?
or do u think that i am not pregnant and something else is wrong with me?

All home pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate.
You may have phantom pregnancy known as pseudocyesis spurious pregnancy. Not to get you worked up about it, dont rely on this reply. the best advice i could give you is to see a doctor.

you STILL may be pregnant check with your doctor, walk in clinic or gyno. It would be the best desicion!
