I've heard that you can still bleed while you are pregnant. But how can you tell the difference? How do you know it's a period and that you're not pregnant?

Generally, there are indications that you are no longer producing progesterone. For example, your temp drops and your bbs go back to normal. If you bleed but think you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test.

So based on that info shorty - If you are one of those that happens to bleed while pregnant, would your temp not go back down? So I would think that would be a pretty good sign, if it stayed the same and you were bleeding.

Yes, I would think that your temp would stay elevated if you were pregnant. My temp sometimes falls after I start bleeding, but by the end of af, it is pretty low.
