Q: Gabe's 4 Month Appointment

he'll be 4 months old on the 18th.
he is a whopping 16lbs 5oz,
& he's 26in long!
.he got his 2nd set of shots,
& he hardly even cried.
the doctor said he seems extremely smart.
he also said we can start him on solids, now.
slowly. he said for now try feeding him rice
cereal once or twice a day, & then work our
way up to stage 1 foods.. it's quite exciting.
we gave him some mixed fruit rice cereal yesterday,
& he actually liked it! he was confused as to what
to do with his mouth & the spoon & the whole
swallowing concept, lol, but it was so fun & cute.
we also took him swimming today!
the neighbors that live next to my mom's house
have a 4ft above ground pool, & they told us
to bring .gabe over & come swim, so we did!
it's an absolutely beautiful day out.
he loved the water!
it's so weird to think that .gabe isn't like,
a newborn anymore.. if that makes sense.
he's so amazing!

awwwwww Gabe!! He's such a handsome little man, I love when you post pics! It looks like he enjoyed his cereal. That pool looks refreshing. However last night and this morning are actually chilly!

Cant believe Gabe is 4 months!!! thats seems so strange I still remember checking in every week to see your belly pics, really doesnt seem that long ago!!
