it is possible I went to school with a
girl and she never had sex but she did the

but I highly doubt that. The chances of
getting even a singleton pregnancy from
dry humping is microscopic, let alone
fraternal twins.
Fraternal twins occur when two
different eggs are fertilized by two
different sperm. The chances of even one sperm
fighting its way through clothing, into a
vagina and up the reproductive shoot and
finding an egg are small.
I don't doubt your story itself, but I
think your friend had another encounter
that she's not recalling correctly. That
sperm got into her vagina somehow.
Maybe her boyfriend pleasured her with his
sperm-covered hands or something.

Well, what I actually said was that it's
more likely that her boyfriend fingered
her and had sperm on his hands - you said
yourself that they did everything but have
sex - and that's what introduced the sperm
into her vagina.
