Top of the Head Headaches...

My headache goes across the top of my head where your soft spot would be as a baby....I have had this for almost a full 4 days now and every med i have tried has not done anything to it really. I have used, ib prof 800, vicodin, amatriptilin, on topomax, and vimvo. nothing is doing it. Does anyone know what else I can do Or try??? I just want to crawl in bed and not come out, but I have a family I need to take care of that includes 2 sons. It is also tight in the bottom of my head where it meets my neck at the hair line. This is driving me nuts. I feel like Im just no good when its like this =0/
