I had a temp filling about 6 months ago and was told if I get pain may need root canal, I went few days later to explain I had pain in empty socket next to it, when I would eat, like a shock, they xrayed and said it looked fine and added some stuff around the filling. Now few months later I am having tooth aches all around that tooth including that one, ibuprofen relieves it, I have to go back in few weeks to have a crown put on a cracked tooth on opposite side, Could that cracked tooth be causing pain on opposite side of mouth?

If he says another root canal on temp filling side I am having it pulled, I am a single mom and have no way to get extra money.
