I also have just had a filling on a cracked tooth replaced with a white filling. The tooth was fine for a day and a half now the tooth is sensative to touch of any kind. Also has a dull ache constantly. Does this go away and how long does it take. Do I call my dentist and have him replace the filling ( not sure if he still does the silver ones ) he said a crown if still in pain when we he did the filling. Would a differant filling stop this constant pain???
