I have really bad pain in my back tooth. It is really unbearable. Moreover, it had black spot all around my tooth. Should I take vicodin or motrin to relief from the pain? Or should I go to doctor office immediately and get rid of my back tooth? Is the black hole can not fill by its own if I take medication?

That should not happen...Maybe you should get rid of the tooth or your doctor failed. I can give you a good clinic's address...
