Q: Took PLanB before period

Me and my boyfriend had sex 4 days before my period was supposed to start. I had missed a birth control pill the day before and on the day we had sex, I took both pills and took them 3 hours late. We had unprotected sex and he ejaculated into me. The next evening I took both PlanB pills and now my period is late by 2 days.

My period is irregular, by the way. It starts on the fourth day of the reminder pills, usually in the morning. So the birth control pills that I took late were the last two pills that contained hormones. And I took the PlanB pills the day after that.

Am I pregnant? Should I be worried about this at all?

It sounds like you are doing your best to stay protected. When you miss pills there is always a chance of pregnancy, but taking plan b greatly reduced this. Plan b can make your periods more irregular and cause you to have it either early or late since it messes with your hormones. I would not be too worried, but if you do not have your period in two weeks I would take a pregnancy test to be sure.
