So on April 30th I had sex with my boyfriend. He was using a condom but after he ejaculated we realized that the condom had broke. I immediately freaked out because I am not on birth control pills at the moment, and I am not ready to have a child. I took Plan B about an hour after intercourse. I have recently been having a lot of issues with my period so my last period lasted about 10 days, from April 20th to April 29th. On May 5th (5 days after taking Plan B) I started bleeding rather heavily. The heavy bleeding lasted about 2 days, and then continued lightly for another 3 days. Before taking Plan B I was supposed to get my period about May 19th. In terms of using a pregnancy, when would be the best time to take it? I have been trying my hardest not to stress out so as not to delay my period, but the waiting is obviously very difficult. Basically my question is whether or not my period is going to come as planned (if I am not pregnant that is) or if the 5 days of bleeding because of Plan B could have reset my cycle. Also, is it possible that it was implantation bleeding and not a side effect of the Plan B pill. If anyone could answer any of my questions it would be extremely helpful and very much appreciated!

Oh, I also experienced pretty terrible side effects after taking the pill. I was extremely nauseous and fatigue for a couple of days, with a lot of cramping.
