Hi,

Yesterday (saturday) I went to take my pill and was extremely shocked to find that Fridays pill was still there. I've been on the pill for over two years, never forgot one and couldnt figure out how this had happened.

I was also worried as I had had sex that night (with condoms but still I was thinking i should go and take morning after pill just in case).

I immediately took the missed pill. And then at the correct time took my pill for that day.

I spent the entire day wondering how I'd forgotten. Just before bed I went to look at my pill pack to try and make sense of it all and realised that I am incredibly stupid and somehow saw NEXT fridays pill as a Friday i'd missed. i.e i hadnt missed a pill at all and still took two pills yesterday.

I cant really figure out what to do next. I'm assuming I should continue the pack as normal but what should I do at the end? I'll be one day short so instead of finishing on a friday as usual i'll be finishing on a thursday. should i expect my withdrawal bleed a day earlier than usual? and do i start my next pack a day earlier?

or should i start a next pack straight away? or maybe take a pill from the end of my next pack and use that on friday instead? either way i'll always be down a day...

i really dont know how i did this!
