I had unprotected sex 10 days ago. If I took a home pregnancy test tomorrow would there be any chance it could be accurate and pick up a pregnancy if there is one? Thanks.

When is your period due? While pregnancy tests may be accurate between 10-14 days after conception, it is generally best to wait until your period is due and/or late. You may end up with a negative on the test, but truly be pregnant - this causes a lot of women to keep testing and testing and testing.
I'm guilty of that, myself. I must have tested every other day for 9 days before I got a positive.
