Too much washing and bipolar

My boyfriend certainly has BPD. He's got ALL traits listed in all the forums. He also washes a lot, for ex, he has to wash hands everytime he goes to a restaurant, every time he comes inside the house and he will come out of the bathroom with his hands open like if he was a surgeon ready to operate, he cannot touch anything else before he sits to eat. He is alwasys talking about microbes and having showers. He keeps talking about how the microbes are everywhere and thinks about it way too much. DOes anybody recognize that as part of being BP?
