My wife is constantly tired though she
usually gets at least 8-10 hours of
restful sleep a night. I am sure her
tiredness may be due to her becoming too
dependent on sleep whereby it becomes
almost a craving and she feels she can
never get enough. Would she benefit from
routinely sleeping no more than, say, 8
hours per night?
