OK, I stand by the fact that everybody masturbates and there is nothing wrong with that. If you are aroused and its distracting just get it over with and move on. But is there something wrong with arousing yourself just so you can masturbate because you have nothing better to do and you know it'll feel good? I wouldn't consider myself addicted because that's not all I want to do and I would definitely prefer a real woman but that gets complicated. But when I'm home alone, I have no plans, and there is nothing I need to do and I can chose to read a book, watch TV, or arouse myself and masturbate for the night I always pick the most enjoyable activity. I also tend to always masturbate before going to bed because I enjoy it (although I don't have to masturbate to sleep), I masturbate when I wake up (if I'm not to tired and I woke up early enough to have time), and can easily masturbate three to four times if I'm home alone and have nothing better to do. Just wanted some opinions as I constantly hear people concerned that once a day is too much, one a week is too much, etc etc. Is masturbating because your bored and it feels good a bad excuse?

kinome79,
I don't think that masturbating daily is an issue. I know that I do it at least once a day, many times when I wake up in the morning.
You should not be worried, just lay back and enjoy.
