
We can burn our access calories which have accumulated in our body and make our body shape ugly.Workout/exercise/gym is a best option.I like gym because there is a atmosphere of the exercise in the gym.In gym there are already other persons doing weight training , weight lifting and make us feel enthusiastic and energetic and we enjoy doing workout there.Another benefit is that there is a coach available all the time to guide us in right direction.I daily exercise for at least one hour.At home I become lazy so I prefer gym for a workout plan.So make your choice.And one thing cycling and jogging/running is also a best option.
