Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Altered food cravings, and your other symptoms do suggest possibility of pregnancy. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination and blood tests to confirm pregnancy. Have healthy diet and get started on prenatal vitamins. Take adequate rest and drink plenty of fluids. Be in regular follow-up with your gynecologist/obstetrician.
Take care.
