Q: Tonsilitis

I am 18 years old and I have been getting strept throat since I was a little girl. At one point, my strept throat turned into scarlet fever. Now, as I am writing I have a hard time swallowing. My tonsils have white stuff all over. How do I make the doctor take them out? I hate this feeling can someone please help me!
