Q: toning up and trying to conceive

As you can see from my previous posts that my partner and i are trying to conceive, but i am also thinking of starting an exercise routine of going to the gym on the treadmill and stomach crunches, i was wondering that while doing this would this delay my chances of getting pregnant?

I need your help, as i don't know whether it's safe to start doing any exercise to slightly tone up my stomach and waist. Thanks

Hello rachel :)
I'm not really an expert on this Smile But i have read in a few places now that light exercise is fine even for woman in early pregnancy so for a woman trying to concieve i would say go ahead but only do light excersizes maybe 30 mins a day build up your muscles slowly i have tried to research it but didnt come up with much i read an article though that said yoga is great for toneing up and relaxing whilst trying to concieve hope ive been a little help on this one good luck Smile
