So, I recently noticed these White bumps/lines and whelps as well as pain in the back of my mouth/ on my tongue. These pictures are not good but, what could be wrong?? I've read on the internet VARIOUS possibilities. and my family doesn't have the money to afford for me to go to the doctor at this time. So what could be wrong?
Is it bacterial?

I've read it could be:
1. Just natural, it'll come and go.
2. candidiasis
3. stomatitis
4. due to acidity in stomach
5. deficiency in vitamins
6. use of alcohol / cigarettes <-- Which I will admit I've used both in the past week.
7. use of chilly contented food more

but im not sure about any of these, could someone help me please? I'm kinda freaking out.

(if it helps I am a 15 year old male)
