hello and welcome. could be you have cirulation problem as my toes do same thing mainly the pinky toes on each foot and ones next to it. im going to see a chiropodist to have my feet checked as when my nails grow back they are like rubber and difficult to cut. once im checked will put on topic about it and see if it relates to your problem. hope this helps you.
