Q: Toenail Removal

Hi I had my 2 big toe nails permantly removed 12 days ago. They still ooze and are tender when I have the neosporin and bandage on them. So I take it off and soak it 10-15 mins and dry no bandage. Then it will get so crusty looking around matrix edges that I dont know if thats good or bad.I want to know if it should be more soft or dry? Should there be a scab or not?
Doctor told me to keep it bandaged for 2 weeks....if i had it looks like it would rot and fall off.........
I had fungus thick nails on both toes.
There is just not alot of info out here on this subject.
Nothing really.
So thanks in advance for help or ideas.
Lynette
