I don't know exactly what it is.At my foot toe at the bottom of the nail on the side of it i have a little bit of flesh grown it is redish .My doctor said it is a granuloma and i have to operate it so can anyone help with cure?
It is very small and doesn't hurt.i don't think it's ingrown nail
