My 2 and a half year old is a very active child and likes playing outside - tv doesn't really inetrest him. Goes to bed between 7 and 8 with a bottle and dummy and sleeps till 11 or 12 and then starts rolling and talking and being very restless. he does have a slight allergy and is given allergex 5ml a day.

he likes his milk and you should distract him when given food. Please help I am so exhausted and have tried medicine to make him sleep, that only helps for a max of about 4 hours.
