Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
In few babies, labial lips can be apart. However, the hymen should be intact. Look out for any bruise or wound marks, vulval swelling, vaginal discharge, vulval discomfort/pain or crying when touched at affected part. If you suspect abuse or manipulation, you should get the baby examined by her doctor/pediatrician and proceed with further evaluation and management.
