Q: Tobacco and bipolar meds ?

I am bi-polar. Does anyone's doctor tell them that it is okay to smoke tobacco while being on medication? for this condition?

Yes, but it's healthier to quit and there's been some studies that suggest there may be a link between worsening symptoms and smoking.

Regardless of whether that's true or not, 'healthy body, healthy mind' is a good maxim.
